Please read the following carefully before using TradEdge. By continuing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. Jurisdiction

• This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of TradEdge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vita Taluka, Khanapur, Sangli District, Maharashtra, India.

2. No Investment Advice

• TradEdge is NOT registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor (IA) or as a Research Analyst (RA).
• Nothing on this platform — whether text, numbers, charts, scanners, analytics, AI-generated commentary, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, tips, signals, or research reports.
• No content on TradEdge should be interpreted as a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument.

3. No Liability

• The owner and operator of TradEdge shall not be liable for any trading losses, financial damages, incidental or consequential damages, data errors, or any decisions made based on information from this platform.
• Use of TradEdge is entirely at the user's own risk.

4. Data Privacy

• TradEdge does NOT collect, store, or access any broker credentials, trading account data, or financial account information belonging to regular users.
• All user data (trades, notes, analytics) is stored in the user's own account only — locally in the browser and, if the user explicitly enables it, in a cloud database configured and controlled by the user.
• No trade data is transmitted to any third party without the user's explicit action.

5. Personal Use Only

• This platform is strictly for personal trade journaling and market analytics.
• TradEdge is not intended for commercial trading advisory, portfolio management, fund management, or any regulated financial service.
• Any attempt to use TradEdge for the provision of regulated financial services is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Data Accuracy

• All market data displayed on TradEdge — including prices, P&L calculations, scanner outputs, and analytics — is for reference purposes only.
• Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Computations may contain errors or become outdated.
• Users must independently verify all data from official broker statements and exchange sources before making any trading decision.

7. User Responsibility

• By accepting these terms, the user confirms that they are making fully independent trading decisions and are not relying on TradEdge for financial advice of any kind.
• The user accepts full responsibility for all trades placed in their broker account, for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and for the financial outcomes of their decisions.

8. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Non-usage of the platform
• Technical issues on the user's device or internet connection
• Dissatisfaction with features

TradEdge reserves the right to terminate access for violation of terms without refund.

9. Non-Transferable Membership

Subscriptions are strictly personal and non-transferable.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any other person.
• Simultaneous login from multiple devices will result in session termination.
• Selling, gifting, or transferring access to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.
• Each subscription is valid for one user only.

10. Intellectual Property

TradEdge and all of its contents are the exclusive intellectual property of TradEdge (owned by Rahul Ganpatrao Ware, Vita Taluka, Khanapur, Sangli District, Maharashtra, India).

The following are strictly prohibited without written permission:

• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any part of the platform.
• Distributing, selling, or sublicensing the platform or its data.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code.
• Creating derivative works based on TradEdge.
• Using TradEdge's name, logo, or branding for any purpose.
• Screen recording or capturing data for redistribution.

All algorithms, data pipelines, indicators (MPS, ATR, RRM), scanners, and methodologies are proprietary and protected under Indian copyright law.

Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

11. Confidentiality

All data, signals, indicators, and analytics provided by TradEdge are strictly confidential and for the subscribed user's personal use only.

• Sharing screenshots, data, or signals on social media, Telegram groups, or any public platform is prohibited.
• Users must not share login credentials with anyone.
• Breach of confidentiality will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

12. Referral Program

TradEdge may, at its sole discretion, operate a referral program in which existing subscribers receive a subscription extension when a referred user completes their first paid subscription, and the referred user receives a discount on their first subscription.

• No self-referrals. Users may not refer themselves. Creating additional accounts to claim rewards is prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
• One reward per unique referee. Each referee qualifies for exactly one reward to the referrer, regardless of how many subsequent subscriptions they purchase.
• First paid subscription only. The reward is triggered by the referee's first successful payment. Trial, promotional, or zero-value transactions do not qualify.
• TradEdge reserves the right to cancel, reverse, or withhold referral rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, circumvention of these terms, or chargebacks.
• Program terms may change without prior notice. Rewards earned under previous terms will be honoured unless fraud is detected.
• No cash equivalence. Referral rewards are subscription extensions only; they are not redeemable for cash, credit, or other products.
