01 Nature of Service

TradEdge is an educational and analytical tool for self-directed traders operating in the Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE). The Service provides technical analysis dashboards, scanning tools, charting overlays, journaling features, and market data visualisations.

Current Access Plans:

• TradEdge Pro — The currently available paid subscription plan. Grants full access to all platform features including live scanners, real-time alerts, MPS scoring, sector rotation matrix, EdgeCloud analytics, EOD reports, trade journal, and Telegram notifications.
• TradEdge Basic (Coming Soon) — A limited-access plan currently under development. When launched, it will provide view-only access to historical market data and select static analytics. No real-time features, scanners, or alerts will be included. Availability, pricing, and feature scope will be announced separately.

02 SEBI Compliance Disclaimer

TradEdge is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or Portfolio Manager. No content on this platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions. Past performance of any analytical tool or indicator does not guarantee future results. Trading in equities involves substantial risk of loss.

03 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a self-directed trader making your own independent trading decisions.
• You represent that you are not relying on TradEdge outputs as the sole basis for any trading decision.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Access may be restricted in jurisdictions where use of such tools is prohibited or requires regulatory approval.

04 Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. TradEdge uses email-based authentication via Supabase. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We enforce a single active session per account. Signing in on a new device will revoke sessions on other devices.

• Do not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious activity.

05 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any data, scanner outputs, or content from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary scoring algorithms or analytics.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable securities laws.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, scripts, or content that disrupts the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the platform at scale.

06 Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, scoring models, design elements, dashboards, and features of the TradEdge platform are the exclusive intellectual property of TradEdge and its developers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading analysis.
• This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content.
• The TradEdge name, logo, and branding are proprietary and may not be used without express written consent.
• User-generated data (trade journals, watchlists, notes) remains your property; however, you grant TradEdge a limited licence to store and process it to provide the Service.

07 Data & Privacy

TradEdge collects and processes limited personal data to provide and improve the Service. Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS.

• We collect: email address, usage analytics, trade journal entries, and watchlist data you choose to sync.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Market data is sourced from public exchanges and third-party APIs (Yahoo Finance, NSE). We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of such data.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the address below.
• We use browser localStorage for session-side persistence of trade data and settings.

By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

08 Third-Party Services

TradEdge integrates with or relies upon various third-party services including but not limited to:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Yahoo Finance / NSE APIs — market price data feeds
• Cloudflare Workers — edge proxy and API routing
• Telegram — alert delivery notifications
• GitHub / Vercel — platform hosting and deployment

TradEdge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of these third-party services. Outages or changes in third-party APIs may affect Service functionality, and we shall not be liable for resulting disruptions.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, scores, signals, or analytical outputs.
• Scanner results, MPS scores, sector rotations, and pattern detections are algorithmic outputs based on historical data and may not reflect current market conditions.
• Any reliance you place on Service outputs is strictly at your own risk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TradEdge, its developers, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages incurred in reliance on platform data or signals.
• Loss of data, service interruptions, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions taken based on analytical outputs, scanner scores, sector signals, or market regime indicators.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradEdge, its developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or access to the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including securities laws.
• Your trading decisions made in reliance on Service outputs.
• Any content or data you submit, upload, or transmit through the Service.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy.
• Conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform, other users, or third parties.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. You may request export of your personal data prior to termination by contacting us. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.
• Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us directly.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify users via in-platform notice or Telegram alert.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

15 Refund & Subscription Policy

TradEdge Pro is a subscription-based access plan that grants you access to advanced scanning, real-time alerts, portfolio analytics, and institutional-grade market intelligence tools for a defined subscription period.

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following genuine reasons:

• Immediate digital access: Upon payment, your account is instantly upgraded and you gain full access to all Pro features — scanning infrastructure, data pipelines, and alert systems are provisioned immediately. There is no physical product to return.
• Ongoing infrastructure costs: Your subscription directly covers real-time data processing, Supabase database operations, Cloudflare Worker API calls, Telegram alert delivery, and server compute — costs that are incurred from the moment access is granted and cannot be recovered upon cancellation.
• Informed subscription decision: TradEdge Pro is the sole access tier currently available. Prospective users are encouraged to review all publicly available platform documentation, feature descriptions, and Terms thoroughly before subscribing. Access is granted only after explicit payment confirmation.
• Independently operated platform: TradEdge is built and maintained by a small independent team. Processing selective refunds would create unsustainable billing overhead and divert resources away from platform development and service quality.
• Analytical tool, not outcome-based: TradEdge provides tools and data — not trading outcomes or guaranteed returns. Market conditions, trading results, or dissatisfaction with analytical outputs do not constitute grounds for a refund, as the subscription grants access to the platform — not to any specific financial result.

Non-transferable subscriptions: TradEdge Pro subscriptions are tied to a single registered account and are strictly personal. They may not be transferred, gifted, resold, or shared with any other individual or entity. Any attempt to transfer or share a subscription will result in immediate account termination without refund.
