All subscription fees (3-Month, 6-Month, 1-Year plans) are non-refundable once payment is processed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Contact support@tradedge.online within 48 hours of payment for any billing disputes.
If your payment fails, you will not be charged. If you are charged for a failed service delivery, contact us immediately.
